What limitations does the Vanderwaal's equation have.

Limitation of van der Waals' Equation are 
in this equation the value of 'b' is not constant but it varies with pressure and temperature of surrounding
and value  of Vc is not equal to #b ,its only equal in some cases 
and also the value of RTc  is not equal to  8 but it is more than 3 for most the gases.
