What made Helen realise that it was not wise to force animals out of the natural surroundings

Once Helen was enjoying her holidays at the Brewsters sea when they found a horse shoe crab.   She walked half a mile to save the life of a horse shoe crab which made her realise that we should not force the animals to live in a created environment.   She was surprised by the happiness of the horse shoe crab when it was left at the sea.
