What made lencho think that the post office employees were a bunch of erooks ?

Lencho had asked for a hundred pesos but he received only seventy pesos. He believed that God could not have made a mistake nor could he have denied what Lencho had asked for. Therefore he concluded that the post office employees must have taken the rest of the money and ultimately called them a bunch of crooks.
