What made the little doll think that Tuffy was not a hero ?

Tuffy the clown toy always wanted to be a hero but didn’t get any instance to prove his mettle. Being desperate one night, he ventured out and saw smoke coming out of the doll’s house.

He ran there and poured a bucket of water. He was attempting to pour the second bucket of water; someone stopped him, and he found that it was the sailor doll and the smoke was coming out of the massive pipe that the sailor doll was smoking.

This made the little doll think that it was an act of nonsense and Tuffy was not a real hero.
