what make things visible to us? why cant we see book which is placed
1) behind wooden screen
2) in a dark room

AdnanSharma11: when there is reflection of light on an object and the reflected light enters our eyes then we are able to see the object. .. in the absence of light there will be no reflection and eventually the object won't be visible to us

1)we cant see book placed behind wooden screen because wooden screen is opaque and light cannot pass through it to enable us to see
2)in a dark room there is no light,so light cannot pass through the eye to enable us to see
