<<None of the statements given have hyphenated words. I am writing this on the basis of which words are normally hyphenated in each of the given sentences.>>
The answer is Option D.
He’s in a state-of happiness. Here, the term state-of should not be hyphenated.
If a compound word has to function as a single word, they are hyphenated for easy reading and to avoid being misread. In this case, there is no need for state-of to be considered as a single word.

Well it seems you have not provided the hyphen here
But the answer of your question is “option D”
The option D is like that “ He is in a state of-Happiness”
But there should not be hyphen here because hyphen is used in order to put together the words which are normally interlinked within a sentence .This is then is done because of easiness. This is just done for projecting single word. While In the option D there no need to use the hyphen. So it should not be there.
