The election is democratic only when :-
A) the election commissioner is not under the influence of any political party or an alliance or the present ruling government.
B) the rights of the people are safeguarded during and before the elections.
C) each one has one and only vote with one value.
D) the ruling party has a fair chances of losing. (in india every 3rd time out of 4 the ruling party loses the elections)
E) the foul malpractices are not conducted like booth capturing and buying of votes, etc as well as all the directions given by the EC should be followed.
