The battery in the circuit is removed after the capacitor is fully charged,when the interuptor is closed for some reason electrons want to flow.... a generater generates an alternating current and the electrons in the road moves and there is an electric flow.

No I am talking about a simple circuit with connecting wires,battery,bulb and a switch I want to know why current cannot flow in open circuit (when the key is not closed) there is no use of capacitors in it please reply
