Hi viewer heres ur answer to the question
Anything that reacts to a magnetic field will, to some extent, conduct electricity. That, basically, means anything can conduct electricity - because everything in this universe can be “boiled down” to nothing more than an electromagnetic waveform reacting to other electromagnetic waveforms. This truth is exactly why there are no perfect insulators. While it is not a linear relationship, because there are many more variables at play, the degree to which something is affected by a magnetic field is the degree to which it will conduct electricity. This is one of the reasons that copper is a better conductor than gold. Gold is used over copper, typically, only when corrosion is a concern.

material which conducts electricity r called conductor.
most of the metals conduct electricity and r gud conductors bt some of them not and r called insulators. and almost all the non-metals doesn't conduct electricity n r called insulators/ bad conductors.
may this helps u.
