Hence, there will be a nucleophilic substitution which will replace Cl as NO3.

1)Vinyl chloride does not give substitution reaction because of resonance between the lone pair of Cl and π bond, resulting in a double bond character between Cl-C bond.

2) Chlorobenzene and it's derivatives hardly give any substitution reactions due to the same reasons as above.

3)In the (b) option, upon removal of Cl, the carbocation formed would be stable due to conjugation with the double bond. Hence it will give SN1 reaction, and thus AgCl as white precipitate.
