What means low humidity and high humidity option in my air cooler?

It’s means that if the humidity in the atmosphere is high you choose the high humidity option and if the humidity in the atmosphere is low you choose low humidity option
Also
When it is highly humid, by choosing the high humidity option the air cooler will throw out air which will make the surrounding comfortable and chill and also will make the atmosphere around you less humid and dry and when it is less humid ,choosing the low humid option is preferable to make you comfortable
