Vanam-manam is a programme launched by the government to protect environment. Its main aim was to prefect forests we can say it by seeing name itself....as name saying that if forest are in good position then we will be good position.

Now, Lemma suggest some measures to protect environment :

• The first measure I think for protecting environment is stop cutting trees reluctantly and made habit of planting trees and making them alive by watering the planted trees daily.

• The important measure is .... change in mindset of people ....yes., it is the most important step for conserving our environment.....
If there is no idea on our mind for conserving environment....then its impossible for conserving nature.

Last but not least......as everything we use daily is indirectly depends on nature...keeping this in mind everyone should have a thought of conserving environment each and every day.
