by treating all jobs equally mandatory that all people should be paid according to their job equally rather than men getting more money rather than women always being treated equally constitution meaning of mended so that women can be helped

Our constitution strives to give equal opportunities to both men and women. The

government has set up several anganwadis or child care centres in the country enabling women

to work. In urban areas there is decrease in gender inequality but rural areas needs incentives

and programmes to embark on the path of gender equality.
