As India is a secular country and no one is to be discriminated on the basis of relegion,caste,gender......

Also state will intervene the matters of relegious communities which are practically offensive for some social groups ,

Untouchability is such a matter . So the govt checked into the matters of it and planned for removing of it and made decisions such as
