There are some wrong decision taken by the government of Sri Lanka. there are 18%people speak tamil ,74%can speak sinhala and 7%cristian can speak both sinhala and tamil but the government of Sri Lanka can declared sinhala as a official language and so the right of tamil are abolish so the civil war is done.
