in this poem Stephen Spender described the theme of social injustice and class inequalities of civilized and poor slum people.The civilized world is educated, progressive and developed. The other world to the slum children of Tyrol valley who need education and they live in cramped holes. He wants then to fulfill this gap and requests the civilized people to educate and raise them.
