I want to score more than 90% marks in my X boards this year. Is it possible and how should I study to make it possible?

make a suitable time table
focus mainly on subjects which u feel difficult

YES IT IS POSSIBLE.
The only thing i can say is to make a timetable and follow it strictly. Work hard. Attend your classes.
