In this poem the mountain and the squirrel were having a quarrel regarding their looks, size, etc. The mountain was really over confident about his size and started bullying the squirrel. But the squirrel replied that everybody on this earth has a hidden candle. We should never disregard anyone before hand without knowing the facts. If the squirrel wasn't big enough to compit with the Tor neither could the mound could crack a nut being so gigantic. This is true for all and sundry human and all other creatures. This teaches us humbleness , respectful and friendlyness.
