Through the poem Ozymandias, poet wants to convey the message that human glory and pomp are not ever lasting.Ozymandias gets his statue made in order to immortalise himself but time plays havoc with it and it liesdiafigured in the barren desert. This means human greatness and vnity is short lived.

The poem "Ozymandias" conveys that Might and Majesty doesn't last forever..Time reduces everything to sands.Like the statue of Ozymandias was broken and laid on the sands
