What must be added to y3-y2 - 3y - 2 to get y2-5y+6?​

Answer:

let the no. to be added be x

so,

(y3-y2-3y-2)+(x)=y2-5y+6

x=(y2-5y+6)-(y3-y2-3y-2)

x=y2-5y+6-y3+y2+3y+2

x=y6-2y+8
