Given =>
 { - 15}^{ - 1}
=>
 \frac{ - 1}{15}
To get
 {( - 5)}^{ - 1}
=>
 \frac{ - 1}{5}
We will divide -1/15 by 3

=> -1/15×3 = -1/5

Ans: 3
