to get number = 7 / 6


- 3 / 4 + x = 7 / 6


x = 7 / 6 + 3 / 4


x= we take lcm of 6 , 4 is 24


x = 7 * 4 / 6*4. + 3*6 / 4*6


x = 28 / 24 . + 18 /24


x = 46 / 24


hence x = 46 / 24

it's divisible so you can write


x = 23 / 12
