Let the number be added as x,

x+\frac{5}{9}= \frac{-7}{13}

x=-7/13-5/9    { After Transferring 5/9 on the other side}

LCM of 13 and 9= 117 {Multiply numerator and denominator with 117 for both no}

5/9= 65/117 , -7/13 = -63/117

x= \frac{-63-65}{117} = -128/117

the other number= -128/117

HOPE THIS MAKES UR DAY BETTER!
