new Ratio will be (7+x):(13+x)
But given new Ratio are 2:3
So,
(7+x)/(13+x)= 2/3

→ 3*(7+x) = 2*(13+x)

→21+3x = 26 +2x

→ 3x - 2x =5

→ x=5.
