Plz mark as brainliest.

The equation formed is-

-3/5 - X = -3
-3 - 5x = -3
5x = -3 + (-3)
5x = -6
X = -6/5

Therefore -6/5 shall be added to -3/5 to get -3.

Hope it'll help u plz mark as brainliest

let the number be " x '

according to question ,

- 3 / 5 - x = - 3

- 3 - 5 x = - 3 × 5

-3 - 5x = -15

- 5x = - 15 +3

- 5 x = - 12

5x = 12

x = 12 / 5

hence , the required number is 12 / 5.

therefore, 12 / 5 should be subtracted from - 3 / 5 to get - 3.

TheLostMonk: my answer is 100% correct , his answer is wrong. ,, you can verify it , -3 /5 - 12 /5 = -15 / 5 = -3 , its proved
