Let Number be x.

Given 4-x = 2-5/13

=> 4-2-5/13 = x

=> 4-(-3)/13 = x

=>  4+3/13 = x

=> 52+3/13 = x

=> 55/13 = x

Therefore 55/13 should be subtracted from 4 to get 2-5/13.
