Happiness is not becoming happy ourselves and providing for ouselves. It isn't about thinking about 'me' or 'I' or 'myself' at all. It it about thinking in the mindset of 'we', they', 'us'. Real happiness is providing for others, thinking selflessly and being there for people in their rough times. In our society, the total opposite happens and due to this, some are left poor while others are rich. The rich have NO intention of helping the human race. The think as 'me', 'I' and 'myself'. On rare occasions, we come across people who use their money to develop the world and make it an equivalent place where everyone is treated the same, no matter their sexuality, race, colour, status or anything else. In this short story, the talk about the kindness and selflessness of the Happy Prince and the Swallow. Most of us are more like the Swallow at the beginning of the story. The Happy Prince had good intentions and that is what we need to follow too.
