The party need to have it's presence in more than one state.

It secures at least six percent of the Vaild votes polled in any four or more states .

at a general electron.

It should be eligible to recognized as a National Party.

The party polls 6% of votes in any four or more states and in addition it wins four Lok Sabha seats.

A Party should be win minimum three percent of the total number of seats in the legislative Assembly.
