Firstly a conductor is a material which allows free electrons or delocalised electrons to move through it, therefore ohmic conductors are metals, and in relation to ohm's law, these conductors obey ohm's law ie there is a linear relationship btw the current and voltage and the ratio of V/I is a constant. They are directly proportional to each other. In ohmic conductors resistance is static and temperature affects the value of the current and resistance in these conductors.
