n the play ,Julius Caesar penned down by William Shakespeare, Calpurnia is the wife of Julius Caesar and she has been portrayed as a concerned,anxious and protective wife.

She usually never gave into supersitions but when it was about the safety of her husband, she believed in omens and signs.

Out of her concern for Caesar, she interpreted her terrible nightmare surrounding the death of Caesar as a bad omen and tries to protect her husband from the upcoming danger.
