The Green(plant), White(milk) and Blue(water) were revolutions in the different aspects of the agriculture industry leading to growth and development spurts.
I have described the three revolutions in their chronological order.
The Green Revolution in India is a period of Indian agriculture being converted into an industrial system by the adoption of modern technology such as the use of high yielding variety (HYV) seeds, tractors, pesticides, irrigation facilities, and fertilizers. Occurring between 1950 and the late 1960s, this increased agricultural production worldwide, especially in the developing world, beginning in the late 1960s.
The White Revolution, better known as Operation Flood (remember the old amul's tv ad saying, "Doodh ka sagar behta jae"). It is a program to develop the dairy industry in India beginning in 1963. It was developed by inspiration of the Anand Model of dairy development in Gujarat. It transformed India from a milk deficient nation to the world's largest milk producer, surpassing the USA in 1998, with about 17 percent of global output in 2010–11.
Blue Revolution is the remarkable emergence of aquaculture (also known as Aquafarming, it is the fish, moluscs, seaweed and other aquatic resourced) as an important and highly productive agricultural activity. Aquaculture refers to all forms of active culturing of aquatic plants and animals, brackish, marine and fresh water.
