PRECAUTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED WHILE PREPARING TEMPORARY SLIDE:-
1) You should stain the specimen well.
2) You should be very careful while putting the coverslip to avoid any bubble in the slide.
3) Do not apply too much of pressure on the cover slip. It may break.

Precautions that we should take while preparing a slide -
- You must smudge the sample safely should be cautious while putting on the coverslip to avoid the bubbles that appear on the slide.
- Don't put more pressure on the slide cause there are chances that it may break and always try to put the fluid in the middle of the slide.
- Use a suitable amount of water and remove the excess water with the help of a paper towel. The mixture should not be very thick because the thicker mixture does not prepare a clear image.
