because of no rainfall the farmers who are totally dependent on rainfall face a huge load in their cultivation ... they are forced to take loans from banks to improve their financial status ... the quality of their lands soil also decreases and further fertility rates of seeds decreases..

Because of no rainfall, the crops won't grow and get spoilt. The farmer won't get food and money then. The farmer may have to give money to the moneylender which he won't be able to do. The land will be taken away from him because of this reason. He will become poorer. He won't be able to return loans if he had taken any from the bank. Crops won't be sold to the market because of which we won't get our food too.
