Lactobacillius is a most commonly found bacteria in milk. Yogurt and other dairy products.

They are rod shaped, non - spore forming, gram positive bacteria.

We can observe them by making a slide of yogurt :- take a glass slide and put a drop of diluted yogurt on it, make a smear for 2 to 3 secs on the slide.

➙ First, we take some warm milk in a bowl then we add a small amount of curd into it and keep it in an area slightly warmer
