What procedures would you use to bring a file that is located on a cd to the computer's hard disk?

we will open the cd ,copy the files and paste it to the computer.

Put up the CD in ur computer/laptop then copy that file and paste it. If the file .iso then u have to burn by Ultra iso which is a free software.
