what process would you consider essential for maintaining life
Answers
Answer:
All the basic metabolic processes taking place inside our body are essential for maintaining life as all are interlinked and hence some sort of abnormality in any of the processes affects the entire system. A few examples of such processes are respiration, circulation, digestion, excretion, and coordination.
Firstly, a person needs to consume food in order to survive, however, this needs to be digested in order to provide the cells with energy. Here comes the role of digestion.
Along with this also comes excretion which is required to get rid of the waste products from the body.
Next comes respiration which is important for gaseous exchange which is required for energy metabolism.
Circulation is important for carrying nutrients and oxygen throughout the body via blood.
Lastly, we have the endocrine system that helps in coordinating all the processes taking place in our body.
