He should give priority to his country afairs over his own .
He should not cross his legs in front of other countries .
He should not take loans .
Mist importantly he must work for the betterment of education .
He should give job opportunities to poor ones .
Like Hazrat Ali (AS) who never used even government candel for his own work . A leader must be like him .
