3 pleasing words which touch the heart
4 no thirst for power
5 showing equal respect and being impartial
6 the ability to guide your team wisely and make them happy even though you didn't win
7 the ability to control the emotions of your team
8 the ability to train your team well
9 the ability to stand up for your team and withstand the comments
10 at last the ability to ake yourself one of your team and be their best friend
