6 litres of mixture= 50% acidic
acific liquid= 50/100×6= 3liters
water quantity= 6-3= 3litres
Want only 20% acid = 6×20/100= 6/5liters
Water must be there=(6- 6/5 )litres= 24/5 litre or 4.8 litres
Water must be added= 4.8-3= 1.8litres
