A political democracy makes all kinds of rights available to the citizens whether they are human rights, political rights, economic rights, and Legal Rights.

  • Human rights: Human are the rights that every individual requires for a respectful and meaningful life. For example, freedom of speech, the right to life, the right to a clean environment, freedom of religion, etc.
  • Political rights: Political rights are those which enable the citizens to involve in the election process of the country which includes not only the right to vote but also the right to stand as a representative and also raise a voice/question against the wrong politician.
  • Economic rights: These rights refer to those which enable people to get the occupation of their choice and necessity. Every citizen has the right to earn.
  • Legal rights: The rights which are given by the law are called legal rights. These rights enable people to fight for themselves when any of their rights are violated. It enables them to move to the court.
