BAHADUR SHAH ZAFAR was the last Mughal emperor. He bacame successor to his father, Akbar 2. Following his involvement in the Indian Rebellion of 1857, the British exiled him to rangoon* in the kangaroo court. As he played an important role in the Indian Rebellion, the British exiled him.
