A chromosomal disorder,anomally,abberation or mutation is missing ,extra or irregular portion of chromosomal DNA. It can be form in typical no. of chromosomes or a structural abnormality in one or more chromosomes.They can be organised into two basic groups, numericals and structural anomalies.
