As from the Series you can see that It depends on  how many possible way we able to  read numbers

In other Words , Counting the number of digit in a Group Which have similar digit

(i) The First Number of the Series  1 is readed as" 1 one "

So , The Second Number of the Series is 11

(ii) The third Number of the Series will be 21 as 11 is readed as "Two One "

(iii) Similarly , the fourth number will be

21 is readed as " one two , one one "

It is 1211

(iv) 1211 is read as "one one, one two, two ones"
