CONGRATULATIONS!!!! LUCKY YOU!!!

YOU HAVE FOUND:

AN  Argiope (genus of spider):
common name: ZIPPER SPIDER/ WRITING SPIDER/ YELLOW GARDEN SPIDER
Kingdom:  is  Animalia
Phylum:   is     Arthropoda
Subphylum :   Chelicerata
Class :           Arachnida
Order  :            Araneae
Family :           Araneidae

well i am not sure about its species because some of the species may be dashingly similar to each other so i am not totally confirm about what is its species

but i could give you information about its species and i would just  guess the spiders species according to its :
color
structure
cob web weaving skills and its structure and formation

here we go!!!
the species are in pretty large scale so i would not mention all the species i would like to mention the similar ones with their pictures attached below

I AM GONNA START WITH FAMILY AND GENUS AND THE SPECIES

1.)ORB- WEB WEAVER SPIDERS:--------------------"FAMILY"
T
hey belong to the Argiope  genus , they are also called
araneids
2.) This family includes all the spiders which weave different structured web's like the one you showed in the picture if you observe keenly you would observe the spider weaving some "X  (OR) Y"  like structure these spiders weave them

2.) THIS FAMILY OF SPIDERS INCLUDES THE GENUS OF SPIDERS THAT WE ARE GONNA TALK ABOUT  "ARGIOPE":

1.)They are widely distributed all over the world
2.) Especially in tropical ( regions near the equator---where India is situated that's one of the reason why you found it)and temperate regions( between the tropics and polar)

INTERESTING ISSUE
Their webs which are weird in shapes could actually reflect the UV rays so you better not destroy the web

CAREFUL : actually this spider is not from the spiderman movie to make you a spiderman so dont let it bite you :P
they are actually harmless to humans they eat insects in the garden --oh by the way they are called yellow garden spider
in case of the bite redness and swelling occurs ...more or less its comparable to bee sting.

SPECIES:
Argiope argentata
Argiope amoena
Argiope anasuja
Argiope savignyi
Argiope mascordi
Argiope picta

thats a pretty lot i will attach some of their pictures

BY ALL THIS I HAVE A CONCLUSION  THAT YOU HAVE FOUND A TIGER SPIDER ----SPECIES ARGIOPE SAVIGNYI---------- I AM NOT 100% SURE BECAUSE THERE ARE SPECIES WHICH HAVE 99% PERCENT SIMILARITIES

COURTESY:FIRE FURRY:)

NOTE: IN THE ABOVE ANSWER THE SPECIES OF THE ANIMAL IS NOT CONFIRMED----------------SORRY FOR NOT BEING ACCURATE:(
