Certain numbers are those which are very close to our measuring value.

for example:

if our exact value after calculation of formulas is 7.29

then the certain value among 7.289 , 7.248 and 7.076 is 7.289.

While other values which are not very close to 7.29 are uncertain.

Because there are unsurety .

take another example:

choose the certain value by yourself from following of 7:

A.  5.7

B.  7.3

C.  7.6

D.  2.6

D.  8.5
