what's the difference between mass, molar mass nd olecular mass of an atom or a compound

Mass is the amount of matter present in the atom but for molar mass we measure it for 1 mole.Molecular mass is measured of compoumds like NaCl for molar mass only atom is taken in to consideration like Na,Ca etc.
