During the Metaphase the centromere get arranged on equator and in next phase that is anaphase in which arms are directed towards pole.now pole start to contracts arms of chromatids as the result it breaks the centromere from centre and as the result two sister chromatids forms and separates from each other at this time they are called as daughter chromosome.
