Unless there is something given, like 【 (2a+√3b) = 0 】 or something like that, which can be used to further simplify it, there is nothing more to solve.

TPS: in the answer, i have gave example (2a+√3b) because if you factorise (4a^2-3b^2), you will get (2a+√3b)(2a-√3b).
