Automated Teller Machines or Anytime Money Machines were invented for a straightforward purpose, that was to deliver cash from the bank account of a customer remotely and debiting the same account in return.

But with the passage of time ATMs have evolved drastically. They are no more than money vending machines. These extravagant features make them even more prone to unsocial attacks. 

To prevent the unlikely event of hacking or robbery ATMs must use encrypted software for data transfer. 

From the hardware perspective, the casing of the machine has to be bulletproof electric shock proof, chainsaw proof and hardy to withstand any physical tampering.
