Heya !!!

Let X should be added to 2/3 to get 5/4

Therefore

2/3 + X = 5/4

2 + 3X/3 = 5/4

4(2+3X) = 3 × 5

8 + 12X = 15

12X = 15 -8

12X = 7

X = 7/12

Hence,

7/12 should be added to 2/3 to get 5/4..

Hey Mate ✌

Here's your answer friend,

====================================================

Let x be the number added to 2/3 to get 5/4

==> Therefore, According to the question,

==> 2/3 + x = 5/4

==> x = 5/4 -2/3

==> x = (15 - 8)/12

==> x = 7/12

Is the required answer.

Thus, 7/12 is the required number added to the given number to get the required solution.
